Ah, its that time of year when stores start filling up with Halloween items! Let the shopping begin!
So anyway this is my first Halloween card for 2009! I was experimenting with dots and an older stamp set I had on hand (which is now retired).
Its hard to tell, but the Whisper White circle that "Frankie" is in, is also embossed with the Dots…
I think it needs a little help…maybe more dots…
