Please welcome my first guest blogger:
Hi there Stampers,
My name is Kathleen and I am just your average 30-something…with a slight obsession with stamping. I have the PLEASURE of working full-time with Raissa. About a year ago Raissa introduced me to stamping and I have never been the same since. Neither has my checking account!!
Raissa asked me to make a few cards for her blog and I was delighted to help out.
The God is Love card I made for my boyfriend’s parents, as a congratulations on the birth of their seventh grandchild (hence the “No 7” sticker in the bottom right corner).
The card is Ballet Blue; the polka–dot paper and stickers are from Scrappin’ Me Happy (retired).
I stamped the cute lamb in Mellow Moss and used the watercolor technique to color him in with So Saffron, Sky Blue and Groovy Guava.
The Simply Said card is for my cousin (who’s also my goddaughter) for her 13th birthday.
Paper: Blue Bayou, Old Olive
Ink: Night of Navy, Old Olive, Ruby Red
Accessories, Not Quite Navy buttons, Coluzzle
Happy Stamping! The world is your ink pad.
Kathleen
