It seems that May kicks off many occasions starting off with Mother's Day and Memorial Day. Then there are engagements, weddings, Father's Day and picnics. I saw a similar "dress" on a few other demonstrators site and decided to have a try at it myself. I made this card for my co-worker and previous guest blogger, Kathleen.
Since I don't have the Scallop Circle die for the Big Shot, I used a Carousel Note as my template and cut the "scallops" by hand.
The template is based on a design by Patty Bennett, but I altered it.
